The Kivello face brush combines the practice of manual lymphatic drainage with a modern ergonomic design to activate your skin's natural lymphatic system.

How to use

• Use on clean, dry skin before applying skincare
• Use gentle movements
• Start at the neck towards the collarbones, then move to the upper areas of the face
• Follow the natural lymphatic pathways: from the centre of the face outwards to the ears and down to the neck
• Pay extra attention to the jawline, under-eye area and forehead
• Use light pressure: the lymph nodes respond to minimal force

Time needed: just 2 minutes for a full-face routine, or 5–10 minutes if you focus on specific areas like the jawline or under-eyes. Use 3–4 times a week.

When: best in the morning for maximum results and a fresh look throughout the day.

Tip: apply your favourite serum or moisturiser after the massage. Skin is primed to absorb your skincare better after brushing.

Yes. The brush is designed and tested to suit all skin types, including sensitive, reactive and acne-prone skin.

Sensitive skin: the soft nylon bristles are gentle enough for daily use without causing irritation or redness. With light pressure the brush is comfortable even on the more sensitive areas of the face.

Acne-prone skin: gentle lymphatic massage can support the skin's natural processes by stimulating circulation and helping to drain retained fluids. Over active breakouts, use even lighter pressure and avoid aggressive movements.

Specific skin conditions:

• Rosacea / couperose: use minimal pressure and avoid irritated areas
• Eczema: use only on calm, non-irritated areas
• After aesthetic procedures: wait about 2 weeks after injectables and about 4 weeks after laser treatments

Important: the lymphatic system responds best to gentle stimulation; there's no need for strong pressure. If you notice redness, simply reduce the pressure next time.

The science: the lymphatic system has no pump of its own like the heart; it relies on movement to drain excess fluids and toxins. Gentle strokes with the brush stimulate the lymph nodes beneath the skin, helping the lymph move and drain, which reduces puffiness, defines contours and reveals the face's natural glow. This happens thanks to improved circulation, a better balance of body fluids and support for immune function.

When lymph flow slows down, the system becomes congested and the body starts to accumulate waste, which affects other vital systems, including the immune system. That's why we recommend regular lymphatic drainage massage, and our brush gives you a quick, convenient and pleasant way to do it.

• After the first use: you may notice less puffiness and a natural glow. Your face looks fresher and more rested, ideal for a morning routine or before a special occasion.
• After 1 week: skin starts to feel smoother and softer. You may gradually notice more radiance, and your skincare products may absorb better.
• After 2 weeks: facial contours may look more defined and the under-eye area less puffy. Fine lines gradually look softer.
• After 3–4 weeks: with regular use skin may look firmer, contours more defined, and the fresher, rested look becomes more noticeable. This is when people around you may start asking what you've changed.

For best results, use at least 3 times a week. Daily use, morning and/or evening, can support faster, more visible results.

Important: results build up over time. The effect of each session is temporary, but consistent use supports the skin's natural processes and can contribute to better tone, texture and a fresh look. Think of it like exercise: one workout feels good, but consistency is what brings the most noticeable change.

After each use

• Gently rinse the bristles with lukewarm water
• If needed, use a mild pH-neutral soap (avoid harsh cleansers)
• Shake off excess water gently
• Let the brush dry completely on a clean surface, bristles down, or in a well-ventilated place

• Avoid hot water, which can affect the bristles
• Store in the breathable cotton pouch or in the case once dry

How long does it last? With proper care the brush keeps its optimal qualities for 6–12 months. We recommend replacing it when the bristles start to lose their shape or density.

We offer two brushes: one with a natural wood handle and one with an ABS handle. Every material is carefully selected and tested for safe daily use on the delicate skin of the face.

Our brushes are made from high-quality materials. The bristles are specially tested on different skin types: they are dense and soft, and they don't scratch the skin.

With cheap imitations you risk poor-quality materials. Many have hard bristles that are unpleasant for the skin barrier, often an unpleasant smell, and bristles that fall out easily, so the brush soon becomes unusable.

Every Kivello brush is inspected before it is shipped to the customer.

Signature: 7 × 9 cm. The larger head covers more area with every stroke, making the massage faster and more effective for the whole face and neck.

Compact: 5.5 × 7 cm. The compact size gives more precise control and is ideal for detailed work around the eyes, cheekbones and jawline.

Shipping: orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with a tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 2–6 working days, depending on the destination and delivery method. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Returns: you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns are easy and no questions asked. We'd love to hear the reason so we can improve our products and service, but it's not required. Once we receive the returned product and it meets the return conditions, we refund your order. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or wrongly shipped products.
